EN/ The project displays fragments of Polish reality. It is a subjective journey into the land of John Paul II and his zealous witnesses, far-right extremists and arch-enemies who every so often live under the same roof. The land of my birth and the land I love/hate.
DE/ Das Projekt zeigt Ausschnitte der polnischen Wirklichkeit. Es ist eine subjektive Reise ins Land von Johannes Paul II. und seiner eifrigen Zeugen, rechtsradikaler Extremisten und Erzfeinde, die manchmal unter einem Dach leben. Ein Land, in dem ich geboren wurde und das ich gleichzeitig liebe und hasse.
The first part of the project was exhibited in November, 2021. The second in November, 2022, at the Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien in Berlin.
